Hello. Today went to school early in the morning but still going to late. I used to have breakfast in the school, but nowadays I'm just too late for a bite. After assembly, we went back to the class that we are given. Teachers came in one by one. Subject by subject. I failed 3 subject in mid year. I'm not happy of course. I failed the most important subject which is my English. I think I'd got a E8 or worst. Other than English, I failed Science of course, and my Food and Nutrients. I think I should wake up from my long dream and start to work hard in order to achieves the marks I wanted. I hoped that my O level won't come out to be like this. I will try my best to do well in my up coming examination which is my O level mother tongue. I wanted to strive for an A1 for my mother tongue. I hoped that I could. :) Prelims will be coming up after my O level mt, of course, it would tell me where I'm standing, so I will try my best to do well. Try a lot more than my N level. I should stop talking about my result, it is getting boring. Now I'm waiting for Wee Seng. He is bathing now. After he finished bathing I will go down buy my dinner and home sweet home. Hello. Yesterday I slept at 4am plus. Panda eyes... :( Today I woke up at 1030. -.- So early... Prepare and went out of house around 1140. Bought breakfast for weeseng and myself, and went up to his house. After our breakfast + lunch, we went out of his house and headed towards Bugis. Actually wanted to buy a wallet at GUESS, but guess what, the design doesn't suit me. Too old for me. LOL. I was looking for a pink wallet. I ended up buying a black one because weeseng say black color is nice. I bought my wallet at The Wallet Shop. The wallet is cheap and nice. Weeweng bought a pouch for himself too. I wanted to buy the same wallet, but the card slot is just too little. :( It look so cute and it's pink! I should buy a new wallet when this spoil. Hope it spoil faster. :P After that we headed back to CWP. Going to celebrate our 2year4month aniversary today because Thursady got school. :D Weeseng treat me eat SAKAE SUSHI.

After our lunch + dinner, we went to shop at CWP. Went to Gift A Name and made a handphone strap. :D Spent $29 + for two handphone strap. Heart pain... LOL. Anyway it's me and weeseng's first handphone strap, so it's worth that price. :D After that went to buy Ice cream, because weeseng was craving for it. LOL. Then we went straight to meet Linus they'll and slack. 9pm home sweet home. :) I should stop here, need to replinish my sleeping hours. Hello. Yesterday played basketball for the whole day. After basketball we are all slacking. I'm actually slacking all the while rather than playing basketball. LOL. Don't like to sweat alot, not like last time sweat also nevermind. Today played basketball awhile and went to slack because it is raining heavily outside. It's okay for me anyway, because I don't want to sweat so much. After we slacked for awhile, we went to have dinner. I never eat. :D On diet. :P After dinner we went to slack again. LOL. Hello. Today went to school around 2pm for fnn paper. Stupid school, put the timing so late. Should let us take in the morning. After the last paper. :D , went home and bathe, after that went to meet weeseng they'll. They were playing basketball. Lol. I joined them too. After that slack awhile then home sweet home. In my heart I'm now thinking to buy Gucci wallet or Guess wallet. I like the design for gucci but is very expensive. Guess wallet is much cheaper but I don't like the colour. Haish. Hello. Today morning went to have breakfast with my daddy, after that went weeseng's house. Bought breakfast for him, watched 1 episode of Ming Zhongshan zhu ding wo ai ni then head towards check point. Went City Square only, due to the rain. I've bought nail polish, and a bag. After i'd finished shopping, we went to Wang jiao to have our lunch. After the lunch we went to buy bubble gum and head back to Singapore. :) Met kk they'll at block152. Around half a hour later 4 policemen come to us. -.- Zm have cigar. -.- Lucky the police let him off. Hello. Today's paper is Chemistry. I felt so happy that i didn't study for it. Because, if i studied, it is equalvialent to never study. LOL. The paper is damn difficult. Hello. Today haveb my mathematics paper and combine science paper 1. I only got one word to say. FAILED. Paper two was so difficult. Maybe because i never study. LOL. Fine. Project 28, welcome me. Hello, I wake up early in the morning. Actually wanted to lend electronic dictionary from my sister bf but my sister make me do angry. I wakes up around 7am and prepare things beforehand. Hello. I went to school today. Everything was alright. After school, I went to find Niu Lao Shi for retest, because I failed my spelling. Retested 2 times then got it right. Weeseng called me to buy lunch for him, but I was late because of the retest. He never forgive me and scolded me because I dragged the time for too long. His attitude towards ms sucks I tell you. Because of the rain, I can't walk over to his house. Asked him to get a umbrella but he asked me to take cab instead. But if I take cab I will be wet too. because I dont wanted to waste his money, I called him again to take umbrella, this time he shouted at me. -.- I shouted back of course. I bought food for him, he didn't appreciate it. He scolded me. I know I was late and he didn't have any food after he wake up, but how can he treat me like that? Hello people. Forget yo post that day, just to briefly say what happen that day. Went to school that day. Nothing much happen in school. Is the same everyday, joke, talk and share things with friend, nevertheless, STUDY. The most important thing that day was our oral. Our mt oral is damn difficult. Anyway I managed to pass i think. After oral, i went to weeseng's house awhile, after that we wanted to have a hair cut but the salon is full. -.- We then went to 167 to have our dinner; sambal stingray and sambal kang kong( extra spicy). Hello. This few day i not feeling well. Having a very bad flu due to the rain I think. Missed the cheer and sports day today, because I'm sick. Haish. It's okay, hope my flu can get better soon. Luckily today no school if not I will miss many lesson this week. Wanted to study but the whether make me feel sleepy. After that went home bathe and prepare to go my grandmother house have dinner（团圆饭）.
Ate steamboat for the dinner. Went home at about 8 plus.
Play poker with my family and went out with my brother to meet weeseng they'll.

Just edited the blog as i had decided to blog.
I'd changed a new blog skin but yet to finish the editing.
I'm going to make shrimp roll for Weeseng.
His favourite CNY snack = shrimp roll.

Hello people,
Just finish baking my cake. :D
Now I’m here to post the recipe I’ve found and edited. :D
Here are some pictures.

Here are the recipe:
70g of sugar
3 egg white
3 egg yolk
1/8 tsp cream of tartar
20g butter
125g cream cheese (philladelphia cheese)
50 ml milk
30g cake flour
10g corn flour

Method:
1)I used microwave oven to soft butter, cream cheese and milk. After that, I separate the egg white and yolk. Bowl placing egg white must be clean and dry. After that I add egg yolk, cake flour and corn flour in the microwaved mixture.
2)After that I add cream of tartar and half of sugar into egg white. Beat for awhile and add in left over sugar, beat till soft peak.
3)Fold egg white into mixture 1. After that pour into baking tin. Pour water into baking tin, place the cake tin above. ( water bath)
4)Bake for 30-35 minutes. At about 150-160 degree. Do not take out from oven first. Wait it cool. Serve.

This is what I do I write my own method. LOL.

That’s all I wanted to share today.

Hello people,
so long never post le.
Baked cheesecake on saturday.
Don't know nice anot.
Because my tester, Ngoh WeeSeng haven't taste yet. :D
A very very very easy cheesecake

Here's the recipe:
Ingredient:
Ingredient A:
125g cream cheese (room temperature)
1 1/2 tsp of sugar
2 tablespoon of whipped cream
3 piece crushed oreo
Ingredient B:
1/2 packet of oreo biscuits
20g melted butter

Methods:
1) Crush oreo with blender. Remember to take out the cream of oreo.
2) Mix with butter.
3) Line a piece of aluminium foil.
4) pour into the mould, press it. Refrigirate for about 10 mins.
3) Beat cream cheese and sugar.
4) Fold in whipped cream and then the oreo
5) Pour mixture into the mould. And put it in fridge for a day or 3hours till set.

Can make a small little cheesecake. I wrote myself this recipe.
Will post picture later.

Now i'm baking honey corn flakes.
An easy recipe that requires 10 minutes of preparation.
Only need to wait for it to bake.

Recipe:
Ingredients :
40g butter
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp honey
2 cups corn flakes
1/2 cup nuts (optional)Raisins (optional)
Method :
1. Melt butter over low heat.
2. Add in sugar and honey, stir till sugar is dissolved.
3. Add in corn flakes, nuts or raisins and mix well.
4. Spoon into small paper cups and bake at 180 degrees for 10 mins.

Hello,
Today morning went causeway's macdonal for breakfast.
After finish eating we chatted awhile,
and headed to interchange to take bus to school.
Reached the stop and i drop off.
Here is whereby i dropped my phone.
Crossed the road, and gayying joined us.
Waited for the bus to drive one big round back.
Meanwhile, thye keep calling my phone.
Bus came,
asked the driver to let me find.
He is kind, he let us find my phone.
When to the place i sat, but there was nothing.
But got two malay aunties sitting there,
asked them and they say they never saw anything.
A guy infront of them so suspicious.
Heart pain. My phone.
Actually i should not ask them call de.
Maybe him/her heard the phone vibrate then he/she picked my phone.
They are also damn stupid.
No brain man. They never think that i lock my phone.
Wahahahas, this makes me happy.
But i'm also sad. 75% sad. 25% happy.
Scolded by mummy.
Lucky my daddy is kind, he didn't scold me.
And my hp plan going finish so i can change new hp.

today went to AMK hub.
First, we bought the ticket.
Secondly, we actually wanted to eat prata,
but 2 selfish aunties sit at the place don't want go.

after that went pepper lunch eat.

i know that they are fat, they don't need to take up
all four sits ma, so inconsiderate.

Today i early in the morning go weeseng's house.
Bring the cake i make on saturday.
Reached there, and light the candle.
Have a wish and blow the candle.

Reached there we watched Shinjuku incident.
A NC 16 movie. Regret watching.
Because is a damn disgusting show.

A lot of fighting scene and blood scene.
I HATE BLOOD SCENE.
I felt like vomiting in the cinema.
Last 20minutes i close my eye and relax.
We sat in H. SOOOOO near to the screen. :(
Finished watching at about 7pm+,
cannot go sentosa play liao.
too late, and we haven't eat anything. :(
So we went to eat nice nice.

So go visit her.

Today went blk 3 for CIP.

Was back home at 9pm+.

Today we went to Bugis, Ang Mo Kio Hub and Causeway point.

We went Bugis to buy back.

Weeseng bought me a bag at Bugis street. Lols.

We realised that we are always siting at the same sit,

but he said too expensive

Today was a torturing day for us.

As we practiced the Total Defence Day.

The school gave us 1 bun(actually it was a muffins) and mineral water ONLY.

Hello people,
Today went school as per normal. :) But skipped the mother tongue thingy because Mdm Ding Man never come. Don't feel like going too. :P After that went weeseng's house. After awhile go home change and prepare to go eat dinner at changi road there. Because my uncle's wife is malay must be Halal food. So we headed there for dinner. Lols. About 40minutes later we reached there, i wear till so nice but is a coffee shop. ._. But at least got air-conditional place there. Lucky. :D We are the first to reac there so we wait for them. Ordered so many food. Spent about $300+. $.$ Lols. After finished our dinner they gave us ANG BAOS. Woots. Lols. After recieving all the ang baos i play with my uncle's baby girl called qian xun. She was so chubby. So cute. I like her nose and mouth. So small and sweet. But i have no chance taking photo with her, because she don't let me carry her. So sad. :( We chatted for awhile then headed back home. Now i mgoing bathe le.

Later i will be going to Causeway point. Now I'm posting what happen yesterday. :P Yesterday i went to grandmother's house bake cookies and help up my mummy to do things. Before going grandmother's house i went to 883 buy stuff. Then way to grandmother's house. I bake till 5+pm then i accompany my uncle go take stuff. His car damn cool. Although is yellow color. :P Take things, then we straight back to grandmother's house. We was waiting for food, my mummy was taking her own sweet time at library. ._. About 8+ like that she then come back. Hungry, hungry. Luckily, got army food. Lols. It was in packet, and was green in color. Taste not so nice but acceptable as i am hungry. After eating my meal, uncle dedcide to bring us to Loyang(if I'm not wrong) temple. So we headed there. The temple was actually big. Beside got Indian temple too. Now then i know that Indian pray tua bei gong one. Lols. After walking around, we went to see the pool of fish. Many fish and money inside. Lols. Then i take out 5cents out, throw into the pool, and hit a fish head. Lols. Then take photo with the gold cow. After that headed back home. Was a fun day. Lols. But it was tiring too. I'll write till here as i need to prepare meet aunt at causeway point. :D Will post my idiotic photo that i take with the cow tonight. :)

Was doing Geography project. Wa. T.T Was like going die already lo. :( Don't know what to write and don't understand the question. Wth. In the afternoon after baking i was doing the chinese holiday homework. Then now was doing my project. Wang ba dang weeseng don't want help. Damn dulan man. Haish. Now need read everything in textbook to find information. Sian. Btw, the tiramisu taste quite okays. Sweet, bitter and creamy. :) Tiramisu is for coffee lovers. Lols. :) If you don't like coffee, you can change the coffee to cocoa or milo. Then no coffee liao. Then sugar try not add too much if not very sweet. :) Thats all i wanted to say. And one more thing, don't over beat the whipping cream. :) Write till here need to continue my project. :( Haish. Tomorrow then post the picture of tiramisu.

Baking day

Today going make Tiramisu. As i never go out and was boring at home. Although got homework and geography project but i still want bake. Lols. Because i love baking. :) Wanted to learn at outside but is expensive. :( Anybody can tell me what to do for Geography?! I was like don't know what to do lo. Never go school that day. :( Haish. Still got MT de holiday homework. Still haven't finish due date is this Tuesday. This time going bake eggless tiramisu. Easier and faster. Don't need waste alot of time. If you people are interested to bake you can use this recipe and try. Will post how it taste later. :P
Ingredients
1 (250 g) container mascarpone cheese
1 (400 g) package italian lady finger cookies (will use half pkg only)
250 g whipping cream
7 tablespoons sugar
2-3 tablespoons cocoa powder
for coffee
1 1/2 cups water
4 teaspoons instant coffee/Espresso coffee is better
Directions
1)In a pan put water and coffee and boil till half in quantity.
2)Let this cook down.
3)In a bowl beat whipping creme and sugar till sugar dissolves.
4)Mix cheese into this and blend some more and set aside.
5)Dip lady fingers in cooled coffee mixture and lay them in 8x8 dish. Pour half the cheese mixture over this and spread evenly.
6)Dust with cocoa powder.
7)Lay another layer of fingers dipped in coffee mix and top with cheese mix .
8)Top with cocoa powder.
9)Chill for at least 2 hours and then serve.

If you don't know where buy ingredient ask me i know. Because when i started waiting to do it, I can't get the ingredient. Lols. But most of it confirm can get it at Cold Storage. It is a store and more. Lols. Post till here. Going wash my utensil.

Today went school as per normal. Lols. Today 1st lesson was 2hours F&N lesson, was so boring. Sitting htere talk talk only. Then Gayying say that i keep use then while writing my blog. From now on i try not to put lo. Lols. Because i lazy type many words so i write then. Gayying say my english is bad. Was like so sad. :( During Physic my teacher, Mr Tan Peng Yong was damn lame. After Physic was recess. Never eat. :x Because not hungry at all i only drink a cup of tea. :) Last period was CDP lesson got the target setting. Was wondering i can go Sec 5 or HigherNiTeC. Lols. I wish i can go sec5 but is it possible? Must work harder. After school went to take the bao zhang bao dao, my brain was like nothing. Lols. Then anyhow write. Sure fail one. :( When i writing my stomach got sound. Grrr. Because never eat during recess. Lols. Keep got sound come out, i wondering people got hear it anot. Today went so many place. :c My leg like step till lemon, so suan. :c Me and my sister wake up 9+am because we scared many people go count down for new year so go damn early lo. First we went Marina Square, because my sister want cut hair. Then after that went Bugis shop and eat lunch. Then went Orchard. I damn dulan as my sister make me walk so long. :c My leg was so suan. :c Then we went take Mrt to tiong baru(don't know how spell) :x for my sister job interview. We go take mrt at Orchard, i havent go in the mrt door going close liao, then we chiong uhs. Lols.
